The popular best-seller Shimano CN-HG71 is a chain from Shimano's ALTUS M310 series, intended for 6-, 7- and 8-speed bikes. Optimised for HG cassettes and designed for drivetrains with HYPERDRIVE SIS and DUAL SIS. The chain is shortened to the right length with a chain tool and joined with a chain pin (included), also using a chain tool.

NOTE: We always recommend changing the sprockets when you change the chain!
